Shipping + Returns

We currently use USPS to ship out all orders, using First Class Mail Parcel Service (2-5 day shipping), unless otherwise specified. As a small business, we will do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible, but please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing and shipping. Lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Spilled Milk. Claims should be made with the appropriate carrier. Spilled Milk does not accept returns. If there is an issue or defect with your order, email us at spilledmilk.us@gmail.com within 7 days of your shipping confirmation and we'll get it sorted out. **we are not responsible for normal wear and tear**
